Our goal is for you to feel safe and confident when using Rantracking.co. Here you will find all the information about our pricing, payment processing, and what happens if you decide to cancel or change anything.

Our priority is to provide you with a useful, transparent, and affordable tool to monitor keywords easily and efficiently.

These general terms have been drafted in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, and any applicable provisions.

2. SERVICE PURPOSE

Rantracking.co is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that allows users to monitor keyword rankings in search engines, providing high-volume tracking at low costs. Users can customize tracking frequency and devices according to their needs.

3. HOW TO PURCHASE LICENSES AND TERMS OF USE

3.1. Requirements to access the service

• Minimum age: The user must be at least 18 years old.
• Legal capacity: The user must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts and assume obligations related to the service.

3.2. Registration data

• It is essential to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
• The user is responsible for keeping their contact and billing information updated.

3.3. Service usage conditions

• Personal and non-transferable account: Each account is personal and cannot be shared or transferred to third parties without explicit authorization from WEB LAB FACTORY S.L.
• The service must only be used for lawful purposes related to keyword tracking and must not be used for illegal or fraudulent activities.

4. SERVICE DESCRIPTION AND PRICING

4.1. Minimum monthly fixed fee

The minimum monthly fee includes up to 2,000 keyword tracking requests per month and is charged as follows:

• €6 (euros)
• £6 (British pounds)
• $8 (US dollars)

Includes VAT according to applicable laws.

4.2. Additional usage billing

• Each additional request: €0.003 per request (or £0.003 / $0.004, depending on the selected currency).
• Each additional request corresponds to tracking a keyword from a specific device, language, and location.

5. PAYMENT PROCESSING

• Payments are processed through Stripe Subscriptions.
• If the user fails to pay on time, access to Rantracking.co will be blocked.
• In case of non-payment, late fees may apply according to Law 3/2004.

6. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• Amounts for already consumed requests cannot be refunded.
• The user may cancel their subscription at any time, but already invoiced amounts will not be refunded.
• According to applicable regulations, the user waives their right of withdrawal once the service has started.

7. CONTRACT DURATION AND TERMINATION

The contract is renewed automatically on a monthly basis.

8. USER OBLIGATIONS

• Provide truthful and updated data.
• Comply with applicable laws.
• Use the service appropriately.
• Protect the security of their login credentials.
• Not exceed the usage limits established in their subscription plan.

9. LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITY EXCLUSIONS

• The user is responsible for how they use the tool and interpret the provided data.
• WEB LAB FACTORY S.L. is not liable for service interruptions due to technical failures or force majeure events.

10. TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND FAIR USAGE POLICY

• Technical support is provided via email at [email protected].
• WEB LAB FACTORY S.L. reserves the right to suspend service if abuse in support requests is detected.

11. SERVICE OR TERMS MODIFICATIONS

WEB LAB FACTORY S.L. reserves the right to modify rates or features with 30 days' prior notice.

12. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data will be processed according to our Privacy Policy.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All digital content of Rantracking.co is the exclusive property of WEB LAB FACTORY S.L.

14. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by Spanish law. In case of disputes, the jurisdiction of the user’s place of residence applies, or, if not applicable, the courts of Girona, Spain.
